ONE MEAL PER WEEK DELIVERY SERVICE
Freedom at Home is a Chef-designed weekly meal service. Each meal is prepped by the free women of Freedom a la Cart, delivered to your door and ready for you to cook and enjoy in less than 30-minutes!
We start with the freshest, local ingredients. Then prep and package them in an insulated bag with instructions on cooking your meal. And provide no-contact delivery right to your door. Order Freedom at Home and make your meal more meaningful! Each monthly subscription provides workforce training and wraparound supportive services for survivors of human trafficking.
WHAT DO WE MEAN BY PREPPED?
We do the chopping, measuring and mixing. You just follow our easy instructions to finish and cook your meal. You know, like sprinkling on the seasoning pack or brushing with sauce, then popping in the oven, sautéing on the stove top or throwing on the grill.
This local meal service is available Monday – Thursday.
You can select to receive adult size portions for serving 2, 4 or 6.

- Week of Jan 25: Smoked Cauliflower & Greens Tacos with Corn Shells and Cilantro Scallion
We’ve added a few special add-on products your family’s going to love! Kid’s Meal “Build Your Own Pizzas”; Bake-at-Home Chocolate Chip Cookies; Bake-at-Home Peanut Butter Cookies; and the opportunity to gift a weekly meal for a Survivor. These items are available to add from your cart or upon checkout.
LOCAL DELIVERY SCHEDULE
- Monday: Dublin + Hilliard + Powell
- Tuesday: Worthington + Clintonville
- Wednesday: Grandview + Upper Arlington + Columbus
- Thursday: Westerville + Gahanna + New Albany + Reynoldsburg
There is a $5/week delivery fee. Pickup is available for those outside our delivery area.
Weekly meal options are available to fit your family! Meals are priced at $25 per two servings — $25 to serve 2, $50 to serve 4, $75 to serve 6. And each Freedom at Home meal provides paid job training to survivors of human trafficking in our workforce development program!

How will I know how to prepare my meal?
We are now offering the cooking directions online for your weekly meals + add ons in order to reduce waste and be more sustainable. You can view them here or visit the tab labeled ‘Cooking Instructions’ under ‘Meals At Home’.
How are the meals delivered? What if I’m not home when the meal is delivered?
Meals are delivered in sterilized reusable insulated bags. Our delivery drivers will be following the CDC guidelines while handling your meals by wearing gloves and face coverings. Your meals will be left on your front door with contactless delivery. Your contents will stay cool for several hours until you return.
I forgot to leave my empty Freedom a la Cart reusable delivery bag at my door on my delivery day? And I’m not at home. What should I do?
No problem! We’ll just make a note that you have 2 delivery bags to return the following week. If you accumulate more than 2 bags at one time, we’ll charge your account $10/bag until they are returned. You may even decide you want to purchase a few of our bags for your trips to the market or grocery store
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can easily cancel your subscription at any time. Simply email us at email@example.com.
What if I’m going to be on vacation, and need to skip a week?
No problem! Just send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. We’ll manually adjust your account to reflect the skipped week and change in billing cycle.
What if I have a dietary restriction?
Freedom at Home currently offers gluten free and vegetarian options. You can find those under ‘Dietary Restrictions’ on each product page. Please be sure to mark the appropriate box. If you have a specific restriction, enter that in the ‘additional notes’ box on the checkout page or email us at email@example.com.
