Teriyaki Shredded Pork & Vegetable Bowl (Gluten Free)

In Your Meal Kit:

  • Shredded seasoned pork / cilantro black bean & sweet potato
  • teriyaki sauce & pickled carrots
  • veggie medley: mushrooms, broccoli, zucchini, red onion

PREPARING YOUR MEAL

Heat up a large sauté pan with 2 tbsp of oil on medium heat, add veggie mix. Cook until veggies are nice and tender with a crunch, about 6-8 minutes. Add shredded pork and teriyaki sauce and let simmer on low/medium heat for 12-15 minutes. While veg mix and pork are simmering, in a small/medium pan, add 2 tbsp of water and rice to the pan. Stir rice frequently until hot throughout.
Serve rice in a bowl and top with veggie medley & pork mix! Enjoy!

Kid's Pizza Kit

In Your Meal Kit:

  • Par baked pizza dough
  • Tomato sauce
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Pepperoni

Prepare Your Meal:

Preheat oven to 400°F degrees. Place pizza on cooking sheet and add your toppings! Bake for 5-7 minutes.

Place cookies on parchment lined baking sheet 3” apart and bake in preheated oven at 350°F for 12-13 minutes. Don’t forget to top warm cookies with a pinch of sea salt!
