Teriyaki Shredded Pork & Vegetable Bowl (Gluten Free)
In Your Meal Kit:
- Shredded seasoned pork / cilantro black bean & sweet potato
- teriyaki sauce & pickled carrots
- veggie medley: mushrooms, broccoli, zucchini, red onion
PREPARING YOUR MEAL
Heat up a large sauté pan with 2 tbsp of oil on medium heat, add veggie mix. Cook until veggies are nice and tender with a crunch, about 6-8 minutes. Add shredded pork and teriyaki sauce and let simmer on low/medium heat for 12-15 minutes. While veg mix and pork are simmering, in a small/medium pan, add 2 tbsp of water and rice to the pan. Stir rice frequently until hot throughout.
Serve rice in a bowl and top with veggie medley & pork mix! Enjoy!

Prepare Your Meal:
Preheat oven to 400°F degrees. Place pizza on cooking sheet and add your toppings! Bake for 5-7 minutes.
