Hawaiian ground pork & pineapple farro bowl with red bell pepper, red onion, cilantro and corn

In Your Meal Kit:

  • Hawaiian Ground Pork
  • Cilantro Farro & Pineapple, Corn, Red Bell Pepper & Onion Mix
  • Garlic Lime Yogurt Sauce

PREPARING YOUR MEAL

Heat pork in a shallow fry pan with 1-2 TB of your favorite stock or water to an internal temperature of 165 degrees.
In a medium saucepan add 2 TB of stock or water to farro vegetable mix, stirring occasionally until hot.
Place farro mix in a serving bowl, top with pork or tofu & drizzle with garlic lime yogurt sauce. Enjoy!

In Your Meal Kit:

  • Hawaiian Tofu
  • Cilantro Farro & Pineapple, Corn, Red Bell Pepper & Onion Mix
  • Garlic Lime Yogurt Sauce

PREPARING YOUR MEAL

Add 1 TB of your favorite oil to a shallow fry pan, once oil is hot add tofu to pan & sear on the soft side (one side has already been seared) until & golden brown. May need to add 1-2 TB of  favorite stock or water if the internal temperature is not 165 degrees.
In a medium saucepan add 2 TB of stock or water to farro vegetable mix, stirring occasionally until hot.
Place farro mix in a serving bowl, top with tofu & drizzle with garlic lime yogurt sauce. Enjoy!

Kid's Pizza Kit

In Your Meal Kit:

  • Par baked pizza dough
  • Tomato sauce
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Pepperoni

Prepare Your Meal:

Preheat oven to 400°F degrees. Place pizza on cooking sheet and add your toppings! Bake for 5-7 minutes.

Bake at home

Place cookies on parchment lined baking sheet 3” apart and bake in preheated oven at 350°F for 12-13 minutes. Don’t forget to top warm cookies with a pinch of sea salt!

Place cookies on parchment lined baking sheet 3” apart and bake in preheated oven at 350°F for 12-13 minutes.
