Black bean & sweet potato oaxacan bowl
*This meal is gluten-free

In Your Meal Kit:

  • black bean, sweet potato and pepper & onions mixture
  • white rice
  • coleslaw

PREPARING YOUR MEAL

Let’s get to cookin! First turn your oven to 425 degrees to preheat. Next line a baking sheet with parchment paper, toss sweet potato mixture onto baking tray & roast in oven for 12-15 minutes until hot and crispy.
While the potato mixture is heating up add 1/4 cup of  water or stock to a medium saucepan, on low to medium heat and add rice. Stir occasionally until rice is hot.

Once rice is hot, separate into two bowls, top with potato mixture, garnish with coleslaw. Enjoy!

Looking to spice up your meal? Make this Mexi Aioli at home:

½ cup mayo
1 tablespoon water

1 –2 teaspoons lime juice (to taste)
⅛ teaspoon salt, more to taste
½ teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Kid's Pizza Kit

In Your Meal Kit:

  • Par baked pizza dough
  • Tomato sauce
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Pepperoni

Prepare Your Meal:

Preheat oven to 400°F degrees. Place pizza on cooking sheet and add your toppings! Bake for 5-7 minutes.

Bake at home

Place cookies on parchment lined baking sheet 3” apart and bake in preheated oven at 350°F for 12-13 minutes. Don’t forget to top warm cookies with a pinch of sea salt!
