Butternut Squash Mezzaluna with Sage Brown Butter

Cooking Instructions:

Butternut Squash Mezzaluna with Sage Brown Butter (This is a vegetarian meal)

In Your Meal Kit:

  • Butternut Ravioli
  • Brown Butter
  • Sage Leaves
  • Parmesan

From Your Pantry:

  • Salt

PREPARING YOUR MEAL

First you will need to boil 4 cups of water and don’t forget to add a pinch of salt.  Add ravioli and let cook for for 4-6 minutes.

Next grab your sauté pan, heat to medium and melt brown butter, then add sage leaves to brown butter.

Strain your ravioli and add to brown butter and mix.

Serve and sprinkle with parmesan cheese and enjoy!

Kid's Pizza Kit

In Your Meal Kit:

  • Par baked pizza dough
  • Tomato sauce
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Pepperoni

Prepare Your Meal:

Preheat oven to 400F degrees. Place pizza on cooking sheet and add your toppings! Bake for 5-7 minutes.

Bake at home

Cookies

Chocolate Chip Cookies

Preheat oven to 350F. Place cookies on baking sheet 3” a part and bake for 12-13 minutes. Don’t forget to top with a pinch of sea salt while they are warm!
