Zumbathon for Freedom

Join this Zumba Party fundraiser to benefit Freedom a la Cart. It’s high-energy dance exercise for all fitness levels. Come and participate on your terms: stay as long as you want, take as many breaks as you’d like, modify or amplify movements to suit yourself. It’s FUN and very laid back! No registration required. Proceeds provide supportive services and paid workforce training for survivors of human trafficking.

Wear: comfortable sneakers and workout clothes
Bring: $10 (or more) donation; towel; lots of water
