Be a Friend

Become an Education, CATCH, or Workforce Development Mentor

Mentoring is so important to the success of the survivors in our programs. Many participants have not had the experience of a consistent, loving, and supportive relationship in their lives; we are in the position to provide a very special gift. We have three programs that you could mentor with: GED, CATCH, or Workforce Development.

The requirements to be a mentor include:

  • Attend basic Anti-Human Trafficking Training (available through She Has a Name
  • Attend Freedom a la Cart’s Mentor Training
  • Submit a BCI background check
  • Personal Interview with one of our staff

Mentoring is a two-year commitment and requires an estimated two hours a week.

Interested in becoming a mentor? Sign up for our upcoming mentor training, or email Susan Trianfo for more information.
